Terms of Service

Before messaging me please take the time to read through my terms of services. It's important for you to read them as you'll be automatically accepting my terms once you agree to purchase my services.

If you are not comfortable with my T.O.S and/or are not going to agree them, I suggest you to look for another artist.

I'm here to make sure you have a comfortable time hiring me, so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns!!

Important

I accept only Paypal and Venmo (USD)
- Please use a converter if you don't know how much prices are in your currency.
Payment is upfront. Then I will add you to my to-do list and begin your commission.
DO NOT complain about my prices. Every person is free to price their art the way they think it's worth, and also every person is free to commission me or not. I'm not forcing you to buy my art.
I encourage you to browse around my gallery to see more art samples.
If you have questions about different commission or product types (ex. traditional art, comics, stickers, prints etc.) please contact me. I'm most active on social media.

General Info

You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
- Please contact me about purchasing original drawings (traditional art), prints, and stickers.
On bigger commissions, I will show you the progress sketch of your drawing for any additions or changes. Whenever you give me the green light, I'll finish your drawing.
I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing.
I will send you the full resolution picture (by email), but my signature will remain on it
Payment is up front before I start working
Be sure to have clear, full colored references of the character or person you would like me to draw (unless you are ordering a sketch, but the image still needs to be clear for me).

Anthro/Furry/Creatures/Monsters
Couples (any sexuality)
Nudity/NSFW (not of real people)
Gore/Blood/Horror

ASK:

Animals
Fanart
Real people
Character or Outfit Designs

I WILL NOT DRAW:

Anything hateful (racist, homophobic, sexist, transphobic, xenophobic, etc.)
Fetishes or kinks (all of them. I'm not drawing anything like this. do not ask for them.)
Underage or super young characters in adult settings
Character Descriptions

Work Speed

I will try to finish your drawing ASAP, however please be patient with me. ETA is 2-14 days since the moment I start working on your illustration. If you have ordered more than one illustration or there's other commissions to be done before yours, the waiting time will increase. Check my to-do list whenever you want for an status update (I'll send you the link to my to-do list)
The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 2-3 months (in the worst case, which is not usual, but it may happen).
I tend to work when I feel most motivated so that your commission is done properly and with best effort!
I will always inform you if something comes up and if there is a delay with the art.
You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like, but as I stated before I will not show you work in progresses unless I feel like it (unless it's the sketch of course).
If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.

Copyright and Usage Policy

As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;

Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
Promote myself with it in any place.

As a commissioner you may:

Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).
Print the art and even make whatever merchandise you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
Use it as decoration for your pfp, social media banner, etc.

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

Change, modify or edit my works without my permission.
Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money off of it in any way)
- You DO NOT have the right to mint or sell your commissioned artwork from me for NFT
Take credit for the art.
Remove my watermarks /signatures.

Refunds

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the piece, I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the final stages there will be no refunds.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payments are received.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to do with the artwork as I please. Also note that you will be blocked, and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore (commissions, stickers, prints, etc.).

Other: (anything else I need to know? Different colors, props, backgrounds, different outfit, hair style, etc.?)
